Statement of Diversity

The University of Texas at Dallas Office of Graduate Education (OGE) is committed to supporting the diversity of the graduate student body and promoting equal opportunity in higher education. Diversity presents itself in many different forms, including socioeconomic status, race or ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality or place of origin, disability, unique work, and life experience. By giving this diversity a safe place for expression, OGE provides both the UTD and extended communities with an inclusive place to celebrate their individuality and commonality while gaining new knowledge and experience.
