Eugene McDermott Graduate Fellows Program
Established in the spring of 2014, the Eugene McDermott Graduate Fellows Program aims to provide powerful support environments in which Fellows can progress through their doctoral studies with maximum efficiency while also developing their talents for leadership in research undertakings. Upon graduation, Fellows will have the outstanding research records appropriate to prestigious post-graduate appointments, and have the experience to make rapid progress towards leadership positions in universities and research organizations.
Applicants to the University’s research-intensive doctoral programs are automatically considered for the Fellowship – there is no separate application. After admission decisions are made, academic units nominate highly-qualified students to the Fellowship committee for consideration.
