Meet with Me

I offer free one-on-one consultations to all current UT Dallas graduate students, and I help with any kind of writing at any stage of the writing process. That includes theses and dissertations, articles, class papers and assignments, and grad school application materials like purpose statements and writing samples. No need to have a complete draft written—whether you need help getting started, finding sources, making an outline, overcoming writer's block, formatting and citing sources, or revising and editing, I'm here to help.

If you'd like me to read what you've written before we meet, please email me what you have at least 24 hours in advance.

To meet with me, please make an appointment.

Workshops and Presentations

Class Presentations for Faculty

Upon request, I visit graduate classes to offer presentations on topics related to writing, reading, and research. This can include:

  • facilitating a peer review or revising and editing workshop for your class;
  • presenting on a specific topic, such as the writing process, vetting and synthesizing sources, writing for an audience, or literature reviews; or
  • explaining the writing support services available to graduate students at UT Dallas.
To request a presentation for your class, please email me at [email protected].
